LEICA PORTUGAL está a recrutar um Gestor de Projetos para as suas instalações de V.N. Famalicão.

Missão:
Com reporte direto ao responsável do departamento, será responsável pela coordenação de todas as atividades dos novos projetos, em todo o processo e com as várias áreas funcionais, desde a conceção do produto à sua industrialização, especificamente:

– Planeamento, liderança e coordenação de projetos de acordo com os processos e metodologias internas da Leica;
– Definição e obtenção de consenso quanto a objetivos, qualidade, riscos e custos do projeto;
– Gestão do cronograma e acompanhamento das atividades atribuídas aos recursos de forma a garantir que são concluídas no prazo planeado;
– Reports ao Board de Gestão acerca do estado do projeto no decorrer da sua execução;
– Acompanhamento dos KPI’s de qualidade, prazo e custos do projeto.

Perfil:
– Formação superior em Engenharia e Gestão Industrial, Mecânica ou Eletrotécnica;
– Experiência mínima de 5 anos nesta função, em contexto industrial;
– Capacidade na implementação de técnicas de resolução de problemas (ex. 8D);
– Conhecimentos na leitura de desenhos técnicos;
– Conhecimentos na utilização de ERP’s (SAP ou similares);
– Fluência em Inglês;
– Excelente capacidade de comunicação e assertividade;
– Fortes competências de liderança e de trabalho em equipa;
– Orientação para os resultados e para elevados padrões de qualidade.

SAP Developer (m/f)

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This professional will be part of the project team of SAP conversion from ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA in the company.

Main responsibilities:
• Apply SAP ABAP programming skills to create solutions that meet diverse company needs.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring the quality of development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design SAP solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of SAP systems.
• Maintain complete technical documentation of implemented solutions.
• Provide technical support and perform maintenance on existing SAP systems.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and SAP updates to ensure the continuous improvement of systems.
• Support IT tasks such as developments with other technologies.

Profile:
• University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or similar.
• Professional experience between 2 to 4 years in SAP ABAP development, with a focus on: OO development, interfaces, SAP improvements and report development. Ideally with some knowledge of FIORI, Odata, web servicing.
• General knowledge of all SAP modules: MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, QM;
• Experience with various versions of SAP, S/4HANA and preferably ECC 6.0;
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
• Good teamwork skills.

SAP Project Leader (m/f)

LEICA PORTUGAL is searching for a SAP S/4HANA PROJECT LEADER to its facilities in V. N. Famalicão.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This professional will be responsible for leading the project of SAP conversion from ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA in the company and must have solid experience in the end-to-end management of SAP projects, guaranteeing quality delivery and on time.

Main responsibilities:
• Work directly with SAP project manager from Leica headquarters in order to manage and accomplish milestones and defined goals
• Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities in the SAP conversion from ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA in the company
• Align project scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage milestones and dependencies
• Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting
• Mitigate risks as defined in the project plan
• Manage all change requests, validate budget/schedule impacts, obtain stakeholder commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams.

Profile
• University degree in Economics, Finance, Management or Engineering;
• PMO certification will be an advantage;
• Proven experience in at least 2 projects, as project leader, implementing SAP conversion from SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA (end-to-end) on an industrial environment (as consultant or internal);
• Strong knowledge and experience in a managerial role, leading teams to deliver SAP project implementations.
• Advanced level of English written and spoken is mandatory – German will be an advantage;
• Strong capacity for planning and organization;
• Good leadership and team management skills;
• Good analytical skills;
• Ability to solve problems and communicate at all levels.

JUNIOR CONTROLLER (M/F)

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To reinforce the team of our Controlling Department, we are looking for a junior professional who could work on our facilities in Vila Nova de Famalicão.

Function description

• Support the organization of Controlling Department;
• Support project teams in the relationship with the accounting services;
• Analyse and control daily/ monthly financial data;
• Assists preparation of financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually) , meeting the company deadlines;
• Facilitate the analysis of the results (monthly profit/loss statement): Accuracy of data; Build files to prepare deviation analysis.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Master and professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field;
• Between 1 and 2 year of audit in Big 4 company;
• A good knowledge in understanding the Balance sheet , P&L and Cash Flow statements;
• Experience using SAP S/4 HANA System and other accounting programs or equivalent will be an advantage;
• Advanced level of excel and query training;
• Advanced level of English, written and spoken, is mandatory – German will be an advantage;
• Good analytical skills;
• Ability to solve problems and communicate at all levels.
